试验设备:直流稳压电源、磁栅尺线性度标定台
试验环境:温度:20℃ 相对湿度: 65 %RH 气压:86kPa~106kPa
试验方法要求:用磁栅尺线性度标定台测量磁致伸缩位移传感器 的线性度,在量程范围内测试样品的非线性,取 10 个点各进行 2 次测试,电源为 24V DC±10%。
判定标准:非线性度≤0.03%F.S。或最大误差为 2mm(以大者为准)
